Happy 33rd Birthday Daddy!

Today is Bob's birthday. Yesterday the girls (and I) made daddy a birthday cake, then they got to decorate it! Bring on the sprinkles!!!! That was their favorite part of baking a cake! He wanted to go to dinner tonight at the German restaurant in town, so off we headed whenever we both got home from work. We got there, and it is closed on Monday's. BUMM-ER! So we drove through town and ended up having a lovely meal at Tony's Place. Then, we rushed home to dig into the girls homemade birthday cake! Daddy loved the cake, but said it was a little crunchy. :-)

Happy Birthday Daddy!!!!!

Fun Spot!

On Saturday, my Mothers of Multiples group rented out the Fun Spot skating rink. This was the girls first time roller skating outside of our little patio in the backyard. So they definitely felt big time out there - and - it took Bob and I back to our adolescent years. It was a great time and the best part was that it was just our group, so it was easy to keep track of the girls, even walking with our tennis shoes out on the floor to help them - but it didn't take them long and they wanted to go at it alone.
Here are the girls first in the little kiddie rink. Cami getting into it, steadying herself.
Sydney rocking out to the music they played.
Not long after, they made it out on the main floor - loving every moment of it.
Here you can see the girls out there being super skaters (in the stripped shirts). And we finished the night off with a slushy from the snack bar... oh it took me back.

Goodbye Uncle Doug!

Tonight we met up with Doug (kids too this time) to say goodbye to him since he will be leaving next week. We went to dinner at PF Changs - oh - and it was yummy! When we left, it was snowing - all the kids were so excited! It was the perfect ending to a wonderful evening.
Unfortunately Uncle Nick, Aunt Liz and the boys couldn't join us.
Uncle Nick is recovering from shoulder surgery. We wish him a speedy recovery!
Here is Uncle Doug with all his girls.

Here are the girls with their chop sticks! They found out quickly that a fork is MUCH easier when eating rice!Jami using her chop sticks for drumming! Excellent Idea! Jamison and her mommy

Madagascar 2

Saturday we took the girls to see Madagascar 2. It was great movie! Here are Syd and Cami getting ready for the show! They were so excited to go see the "move-it, move-it" movie show! In the commercial they sing that song and that's what they thought the name of the movie was! So they were dancing in their seats when the animals sang that song! Kirstie, Syd and Cami enjoying their popcorn!

Another New Hairdo!

My goodness, I can't believe it's been over a week since my last post!!!! CRAZINESS!!!!! Let's see... last weekend we were in a trivia contest for the Boys and Girls Club over in STL - we got 2nd place plus $20 bucks each! Exciting! Monday night I went to the NKOTB concert (pictures to come) - amazing concert!
Okay! More importantly - Syd and Cam got new haircuts!!!! And - they look adorable!
Sydney decided she wanted to go short!!!! It looks fantastic on her! She looks so much older now (sniff, sniff).
Cami wanted to keep it so she could put a pony tail in still, but then tonight she decided she "thinks" she might want it like Syd. So... Holli said we could come back on Saturday if she changed her mind. Stay tuned! :-)
