A Rockin' Good Time

Last weekend we celebrated with our dear friend Luke his 2nd birthday! Amy goes ALL OUT for parties. This year, Luke's theme was Hard Rock Cafe - even down to the dinner menu! The kids had a great time rockin' out to the record player, yes I said record player...

Friday Night Fun!

Friday night my friend Jess invited me to a wine tasting at Fuzzweg's in Lebanon. This was the first time I had been there and let me tell you - this place is FANTASIC! They do monthly wine tastings of different catagories, we are definitely going to go again! It's the cutest wine and tea store.

After the wine tasting, Jess and I met up with Christa and Amy at the Juicy Peanut. Then - Ryan and Nicole showed up! Fun times!

To Girls Night Out!

What the...?!?!?

My parents had us over for dinner tonight to celebrate our 6th Anniversary. My mom made homemade chicken pot pies - always a favorite! While she was making her first pie, she poured out a can of Veg-all and THIS was in the mix... A DEAD CRICKET! I have never seen anything like this before - EVER!!!!! Totally unbelievable! Needless to say, she threw out this batch...

Me and my hunny on our 6th Anniversary. Much thanks to my parents for having them over so Bob and I could have a night to ourselves!!!

Dinner and a Playdate

Last Thursday, we met up with Nick, Liz and the boys for a McDonald's treat. We went to the "special McDonalds" as the girls call it. It's the one in Lebanon with the playland inside. They love going here!!! Loved it even better going with Nick Walter Family!!!! Here are a few pictures for our little outing! Happy Thursday!

Saturday night we went to the Aviston Winery to celebrate Valentine's Day. We went with Marc and Lisa & Amy and Dan. The evening was spent with a great husband, great friends and great wine!

Bounce House

Sunday afternoon my Mothers of Multiples group rented out Riverbend Bounce House. We had never been here before, but the girls were super excited to find out that it was a big room full of bounce houses. Here are a few pics from our fun filled day.

Sunday night we went over to Kristie, Kylie and Mike's house for dinner. The girls love whenever they get to see Kylie - she does their hair, paints their nails, puts on make-up and plays dress-up. Everything girly girly! Kylie's best friend Megan was also over and she has twin sister's a couple of years younger than the girls - so Megan was totally used to seeing double!

What a weekend!

Well, Thursday it was my turn to get the stomach flu... worst of all it started while I was at work! Lasted until Saturday. I should have figured I would get it since Cami and Syd both had it this week - I get EVERYTHING that goes around!

Since Cami and Syd were back to feeling themselves again - they got to have a play date with Tanner on Saturday! Boy - were they excited!!! It's great to see the girls building such strong friendships even at this age.

Saturday night we had pizza and movie night at the Zion theater with our Club Cross group. It was a great success! Everyone wore their comfy clothes, brought their comfy chairs and then settled in with a bag of popcorn around the projector screen in Zion's basement to watch Fireproof. It was a really good movie that has just recently come out on DVD. Never leave your partner behind was the story line.

Sunday afternoon I went wedding dress shopping with Kristie. We've gone a couple of times looking for bridesmaid dresses, but this was the first time we went where we looked at wedding dresses for her. She narrowed it down to 2 or 3, but I'm pretty sure I know which one she is going to pick. The only picture I will share from that day is this one... her crazy sock choice for try on day!

Then, that evening - SUPERBOWL SUNDAY!!!! We headed off to Marc and Lisa's house for their annual SuperBowl party! Lots of good eats with good friends! I realized almost when the game was over that I brought my camera, but hadn't taken any pics. But - I managed to get these two! Fun times!
