The Good Ol' Mascoutah Homecoming was this weekend. Our church had a float in the parade, so Saturday night our whole family including mom, dad and Nicole walked/rode in the parade and handed out candy and pencils. The girls sang along to VBS songs they had learned the week before. We all had a great time.
While waiting for the parade to start we also saw Kylie. She was walking with her Grandma Kris and Mr. Video!
Back at the Homecoming we met up with Joe, Tia, Kirstie and their neice Alex. All of the girls had a blast riding all the rides! The Spaceships were one of the girls favorite rides.

In true Mascoutah fashion, we also went back to the picnic on Sunday after the parade for dinner and a few more rides. If you are from Mascoutah, the homecoming is like another holiday.

Loved the pictures of the girls! Jack ventured into the "big kid" rides. One crazy swing with a little umbrella thing over it scared me to death...he on the other hand, loved it!
Thanks for all your work with coordinating the parade goodies. I can honestly say it was a blast! Not even too hot tonight!!!
